It is made from high-quality organic cocoa beans of the ancient criollo variety, whose origins date back to the Mayan and Aztec times, and the trinitario hybrid variety. All grown on a family farm in Colombia. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar. This exceptional white chocolate is our triumph and the collector of European and world awards Great taste and CHOCOLATE AWARDS We decided to produce Aluna bean to bar chocolate with oyster mushrooms based on the call from VSCHT and CZU. Its creation was supported by the ZEŜ program: project - QK1910209. The mushrooms contained in our chocolate are grown in the Czech Republic.

cocoa butter, coconut sugar, powdered semi-skimmed milk, oyster mushroom 6%. Cocoa component content at least 40%. Store in a cool, dry place.
