• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photograph of the product showing the problem

• Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are decided at our discretion after reviewing the issue.

• Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be considered.

• We reserve the right to request the product be returned before issuing a refund.
